Josper is an elegant combination of a grill and an oven in a single machine. Josper was born in 1969 when the most innovative technology and tradition joined hands. Created by Pere Juli and Josep Armangué in Pineda de Mar, Barcelona, it has become a legend in the world of charcoal gastronomy.

Featured in some of Australia’s best restaurants, Josper is the perfect addition to any serious kitchen. Our products are designed for chefs confined to modern kitchens but only desire the intense flavours of charcoal grilling.

Josper Charcoal Ovens

Our charcoal oven elegantly combines the grill and the oven into a single, unique closed-barbeque machine. Offering different levels of grilling, this flexible and robust single door oven can operate entirely with charcoal. It also features a vent system for temperature control and an internal smoke regulation, allowing the kitchen to fit elegantly in Australia’s finest kitchens.

Josper Combos

Josper Combo’s combined two of our finest products – the charcoal oven and the monoblock. This tandem of products in one unit offers infinite gastronomic possibilities. The grills agile temperature regulation utilising height adjustments combined with the ovens give internal braising levels, allowing chefs to diversify their menu easily. Expect uninterrupted service in a non-stop kitchen with the Josper Combo.

Josper Basque Grill

The Basque grills allow chefs to bring outdoor grilling indoors. Featured in some of Australia’s fine dining and open kitchens, the Basque has been designed with optimal thermal insulation and an exclusive ventilation system based on multi-chamber air circuits.

Josper Mangals

The ideal wood charcoal open grill for Mangal cooking. It features a fire time of 20 minutes and a grilling temperature up to 250 degrees, allowing you to grill the perfect steak, hamburger, kebab, chicken breast and vegetables.

Josper Rotisseries

With a capacity of up to 48 chickens, these rotisseries are perfect for busy kitchens. The grilling temperature reaches between 200C to 280C, and with six rotating spit rods, you can guarantee the perfect, succulent, smoky charcoal chicken.

Josper Robatagrills

Wood charcoal open grill is ideal for Robotoyaki cooking style. The grilling temperature is 250°C and the firing up time is about 20 mins allowing you to have the perfect aroma in Meat, seafood and vegetables.

Josper Cookware

The result of the fusion between craftsmanship and the most advanced manufacturing technologies gives birth to the Josper cookware, formed by casseroles and handmade molten aluminium Gastronorm trays. The material’s high thermal conductivity guarantees a fast and uniform heat distribution and the bottom of the pieces is rectified with diamond, ensuring this way the best heat conduction.
